Not the newest. Not the best. One at random — that's what makes it a surprise.
The picnic from last August turns up on a grey Sunday in February, when nobody was thinking about it any more. That is the whole gift: not a feed to scroll, one small thing nobody saw coming.

No new app to learn: the box lives in the messaging app. For now that means Telegram, for those who send and for the person who receives.

They need Telegram on their phone, and so does everyone who sends. WhatsApp is the next app we open.

Yes. They can react to each memory with a tap, and whoever sent it is told.
Who sees our photos?
They are stored privately and never published. They are only ever sent to the person the box is for.
